All sales are final.
If your item is damaged or is missing parts upon arrival, you must take the following steps within 48 hours.

Take a picture of the damage and attach to your message
We will contact the company and they will either ship us a new part or a new item. In this case, when we receive the new item, you will bring it to the showroom for an exchange.
In the case that the item is no longer in stock, there will be the option for a refund, exchange or store credit.
This is ONLY on orders that were damaged before arrival. This will be handled on a case by case basis and at our discretion.
Exception: All in stock rugs have a 24 hour return policy for a full refund if items are returned in the same condition it was sold.
Any special order rugs are non refundable.
