How long does it take for furniture to arrive?


We don’t have all items in stock at our stores. We order a lot of items in from our manufacturers. You may contact the store before or after order to get an estimated time of arrival. If the item is out of stock or has a longer than normal arrival time, we will contact you to make adjustments to your order at your desire

What is your return policy?


All sales are final.

If your item is damaged or is missing parts upon arrival, you must take the following steps within 48 hours.

Take a picture of the damage and attach to your message We will contact the company and they will either ship us a new part or a new item. In this case, when we receive the new item, you will bring it to the showroom for an exchange.
In the case that the item is no longer in stock, there will be the option for a refund, exchange or store credit.

This is ONLY on orders that were damaged before arrival. This will be handled on a case by case basis and at our discretion.
Exception: All in stock rugs have a 24 hour return policy for a full refund if items are returned in the same condition it was sold. Any special order rugs are non refundable.




Do you offer delivery?


We offer local northern Utah and Phoenix area curbside/garage delivery starting at $49. There may be a price increase based on distance of your home.

We only offer garage or curbside delivery if garage is not accessible. We do not take items inside or up any stairs.
