COVID-19 UPDATES

We have tried very hard to stay ahead of the delays caused by the ongoing pandemic. We work closely, almost on a daily basis, with each of our manufacturers for customer order updates to make sure the information we send out is accurate.

 

THE ISSUES
Due to the pandemic, ALL factories are experiencing delays with some or all of their products which is caused by many factors.

 

Two examples:
- A manufacturer could experience a delay on just 1 part to complete production of a furniture product which can result in a delay of weeks.

- Shipping has also become extremely challenging due to a shortage of drivers and trucks from a demand in consumer spending. 

 

We have many people we communicate with regularly in our industry, over several departments, who are also expressing frustration. This pandemic has affected every aspect of our industry and we're thankful that we've continued to get all of our orders in, although some are being delayed beyond our initial estimate. 

 

The manufacturers expect the ETA they give to be accurate and in "normal times" we can always rely on that; but, right now we are seeing some get delayed multiple times unexpectedly.  

WHAT WE'RE DOING

We will continue to provide updates as we get them, and please be assured we're working very hard on this DAILY even if we do not have an update on specific orders. There may be times the factory gives us ETA's then they change last minute.
 

Please know, this is frustrating for every one of us involved and we are very aware of the inconvenience this may cause to our customers.

If you have any questions or concerns, you may reach out to your local store anytime. We are experiencing high call and email volume, but we'll return your message as soon as we're not with customers in the order it's received.  

REST ASSURED

Your order will arrive even if it is delayed.

 

If in the very rare case that the item is discontinued or unable to be shipped to our location, we will reach out to you as soon as we are made aware to offer a full refund or store credit to reselect. 

 

If your order is delayed we will work with you on exchanging for a piece in stock, or for an item with a quicker arrival time. With our sales being all sales final, we are being very flexible with store credit at this time to make sure we provide the best service we can.

Most furniture stores in the United States are experiencing delays while furniture production gets back up and running. Since you've ordered, you're in our queue to receive furniture. We don't recommend canceling your order to go to another location as all stores are also in the same situation and you'll most likely go to the bottom of their ordering list.
